  • use it as a lead magnet.
  • use them in workshops and online seminars.
  • offer them as part of your membership program.
  • retain all proceeds from sales.

What You Cannot Do

  • Transfer the private label rights to others
  • Sell Resell Rights
  • Sell Master Resale Rights
  • Cannot sell Private Label Rights
  • Cannot be offered through auction sites
  • Cannot sell or giveaway your license to the content.

You take full responsibility that the template is accurate according to your professional knowledge and expertise, especially if you decide to brand it under your name/company. Ensure you revise and update the template as needed.  These terms are subject to change. You are responsible for staying updated on the current terms before utilizing any of the licensed content.

Full Licensing Terms

All customers are legally obligated to abide by the following terms and conditions. These conditions protect our customers; please respect your peers and comply with these terms.

Any violation is grounds for immediate dismissal without notice or a refund of membership fees. For questions, please contact our support team.

As a verified customer, you can:

  • Use the template for websites, blogs, ebooks, products, newsletters, or email courses you own. If you don’t retain ownership of these mediums, you may not continue using the template.
  • Distribute or sell the templates without modifications. No credit to Notion PLR is required.
  • Adjust the template to suit your needs, whether by editing, adding, or removing content.
  • Combine with other content or offer as free or paid resources for your customers.
  • Insert affiliate links, product promotions, or other related content.

Is this license transferable?

Your rights are non-transferable, meaning you cannot give or sell the private label license to another party. However:

  • If buying for an employer or client, they can use the template. You must have authority to bind them to this agreement.
  • Subcontractors, like printers or distributors, can use the template for project-related purposes. They cannot use it for other reasons.
  • You cannot allow clients to rebrand or resell the template.
